Three spirited pickleball tournaments proved that SLSBC competition thrives both on and off the water!

Our community dock refresh is well underwy – setting us up for years of safe fun on the lake.

The SLSBC spirit is stronger than ever – thank you for making this summer truly spectacular!

BY THE NUMBERS:

  • Memberships: 62 this year vs 50 last year, including record breaking family memberships
  • Total Revenue: $28,000 this year vs $8,000 last year
  • Cash Balance: $28,000 this year vs $14,000 last year – a strong start for our dock refresh fund

Community Support and Fundraising: A special thank-you to the SLSA and SLSC for helping spread the word on dock donations. With your support, plus the hugely successful gin fundraiser, we raised $13,750 in donations and gin sales.

We also sold 6X more merchandise this year compared to last year – thanks to Val and Harry for leading the charge! The hoodies were a massive hit!

Looking ahead: We are already cooking up big plans for an epic summer 2026. More events, more community, and more unforgettable memories on the lake. A huge shout out to the SLSBC executive team and all of our volunteers who made 2025 possible. None of this happens without your dedication and energy!

Thank-you members, sponsers, and friends for making 2025 such a milestone for SLSBC. Here’s to an even bigger and better 2026!
